We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional to lead business development efforts in the French market and French-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in building and maintaining valuable relationships with clients, partners, and local distributors, contributing to the company's growth in these strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in France and French-speaking countries.
- Expand the customer portfolio through prospecting and networking activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Market Strategy:
- Analyze local markets to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop entry strategies and targeted campaigns.
Negotiation and Sales Closing:
- Manage negotiations and close deals with clients and partners.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver excellent post-sales service.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with the other teams to align efforts and maximize results.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles, preferably in an international context.
- Prior knowledge of the French and French-speaking markets.
Language Skills:
