Our development team is passionate and driven, and we are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to support the team’s growth and training.

Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance MLOps Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing ML and DevOps pipelines to mentor and support our development team members. This role requires not only advanced technical skills but also the ability to mentor and train, guiding the team through best practices, tools, and MLOps strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning pipelines to facilitate the development, testing, deployment, and management of ML models.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure ML solutions are scalable, robust, and well-documented.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to development team members, offering training on MLOps tools and processes.
• Support the implementation of CI/CD practices and manage machine learning workflows.
• Define strategies for monitoring and managing ML models in production.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to the deployment and maintenance of ML models.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer or DevOps Engineer with a focus on machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD practices and integrating and deploying ML models.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly.

Nice to Have

• DevOps or MLOps certifications.
• Experience with data engineering and data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
